Six Waalaxy alternatives for teams outgrowing one seat

Waalaxy bills per user, sells its LinkedIn inbox as an add-on and keeps multiple senders for Business. Six alternatives ranked for teams of reps, with monthly prices, and why Curviate comes first. I build Curviate.

TL;DR

  • The best Waalaxy alternative for a team running several reps' LinkedIn accounts is Curviate Automate: one Motion across every rep's account, replies in one inbox.
  • Curviate is $60 per account a month with the inbox and API included: $240 for four. Waalaxy Business is €139 per user on monthly billing, inbox extra.
  • Curviate stops each account at limits set to its LinkedIn plan, and moves a paused account's unreached contacts to your other accounts.

Waalaxy is a friendly way into LinkedIn outreach for one person, with ready-made sequences. Teams look for a Waalaxy alternative when they add reps, because the inbox, the API and multiple senders sit in add-ons and higher plans. Disclosure: I build Curviate. Every Waalaxy and competitor fact below is taken from the vendor's own pricing and product pages.

How we picked

I ranked for a team that has outgrown one Waalaxy seat: a sales team or agency where each rep sends from their own LinkedIn account. The criteria:

  • One campaign across several accounts, without a copy per rep.
  • The inbox in the base price, because replies are the point.
  • Safety per account: limits that stop the sending, working hours, a warm-up.
  • Price at 1, 3 and 4 accounts on monthly billing, with what is included.
  • API, MCP server and webhooks for the team's own tooling.

Waalaxy Business runs LinkedIn and cold email in one campaign; Curviate has no email steps. On everything a five-rep LinkedIn rollout needs, the inbox, several accounts and the API come in Curviate's base price.

Waalaxy pricing on monthly billing, per user

Waalaxy's pricing page opens on yearly billing. Switch the toggle to Monthly and Pro, Advanced and Business cost €39, €99 and €139 per user a month. The LinkedIn inbox is an add-on at €20 a month on every plan.

Now the fair part: per user against per account. In a team where every rep sends from their own LinkedIn profile, five users and five accounts are the same count, so the per-user label alone costs you nothing. The gap is in what each price includes. Pro caps each user at 300 invitations a month, the API starts on Advanced, and cold email plus multiple sender accounts sit on Business.

On Curviate, the $60 per account includes every Automate feature. Teammates who don't send, such as a manager, an assistant or a client, cost nothing.

Monthly cost on monthly billing

1 account

  • Curviate Automate$60
  • Waalaxy Business, per user in €$139
  • Botdog Solo$79
  • HeyReach Growth$79

3 accounts

  • Curviate Automate$180
  • Waalaxy Business, per user in €$417
  • Botdog Solo$237
  • HeyReach Growth$237

4 accounts

  • Curviate Automate$240
  • Waalaxy Business, per user in €$556
  • Botdog Agency$299
  • HeyReach Growth$316

List prices from each vendor's pricing page, November 4, 2026, monthly billing. Waalaxy bills per user in euros, one user per rep's account; its LinkedIn inbox is a €20 a month add-on, not included. Botdog at 4 accounts is its Agency plan, its cheapest option there.

Waalaxy Pro is not a team plan: no inbox, no API and at most 300 invitations per rep a month, so the chart uses Business, where multiple senders and email live. Four reps cost €556 there before the inbox. Curviate's $240 for four includes the inbox, analytics and the full API.

1. Curviate Automate: best for a team of reps

Curviate Automate

Sales teams and agencies running outreach on their reps' own accounts

$60 per LinkedIn account a month

Pros

  • One Motion runs across every account at once
  • Inbox, analytics and API in the price
  • Limits per action per account that stop the Motion
  • Teammates free; you pay per connected account

Cons

  • No email steps in Motions

Verdict: The pick when several reps run LinkedIn outreach and replies need one home.

A Motion holds invites, messages, profile visits, likes, follows and waits, branches on accepted, not accepted and replied, tests message variants, and stops when someone replies.

Add to Motion
Replies from every account in one Unibox: answer as any rep, tag the contact or add them to a Motion.

Contacts are shared across your accounts, and one account never invites the same person twice. You choose whether each person hears from one rep or up to ten, and Curviate can route a contact to the rep already connected to them. People in another Motion or an open chat are skipped.

When LinkedIn pushes back on one account, its Motions pause and nothing is sent into the pause. If it needs reconnecting, after a day the contacts it had not reached move to your other accounts. The setup is on the multi-account page.

2. Botdog: best for an inbox on the entry plan

Botdog

Teams that want the inbox on the entry plan

$79 per account a month, or $299 for 5 senders

Pros

  • Unified inbox and team management on Solo
  • Cloud, no browser extension

Cons

  • Limit zones are guidance, not hard caps
  • No warm-up period stated

Verdict: $59 more than Curviate at four accounts; Curviate's limits stop the sending.

Read more about Botdog

Botdog prices per account and puts the inbox on its entry plan, which already fixes Waalaxy's add-on problem. Team Campaigns send one campaign from several teammates' accounts at once.

Botdog calls its limit zones guidance, not caps. On Curviate, a Motion stops at every limit, and new accounts warm up first.

3. HeyReach: best for agencies adding senders

HeyReach

Agencies that add senders often

$79 per sender a month

Pros

  • Centralized inbox, API, webhooks and MCP on Growth
  • No charge for teammates or clients

Cons

  • Weekly invite freeze you cannot override
  • Pages don't say how it picks which sender reaches whom

Verdict: Strong for agencies; Curviate costs less at 1 to 5 accounts and routes contacts to the warm rep.

Read more about HeyReach

HeyReach charges per sender, a LinkedIn account, and no seat for teammates, VAs or clients. Sending rotates across your accounts.

Four accounts cost $316, against $240 on Curviate. The longer comparison is in HeyReach compared with Curviate.

4. Dripify: best for LinkedIn and email in one sequence

Dripify

Teams that want email steps without Waalaxy Business

$79 per seat a month (one LinkedIn account each)

Pros

  • LinkedIn and email sequences on every paid plan
  • Open API and MCP server on Pro
  • 7-day trial, no card

Cons

  • Team management starts at Advanced, $99 a seat

Verdict: Email steps for less than Waalaxy Business; Curviate includes team features in $60.

Read more about Dripify

Dripify puts email steps and the API on Pro, at $79 a seat. Team management and step analytics start at Advanced, $99, so a managed four-rep team pays $396. On Curviate both are in the $240.

5. Expandi: best for a built-in profile warm-up

Expandi

Teams that want email follow-ups and a dedicated IP

$99 per account a month

Pros

  • Invites, messages and email follow-ups in one sequence
  • Dedicated country-based IP
  • Profile Auto Warm-up

Cons

  • $39 more per account than Curviate
  • Agency terms for larger teams by call only

Verdict: Pick it for email follow-ups; Curviate is $39 less per account.

Read more about Expandi

Expandi's Business plan is $99 a month on monthly billing, with a dedicated IP and an automatic profile warm-up. Four accounts cost $396, against $240 on Curviate, where new and quiet accounts warm up too.

6. lemlist: best when email leads and LinkedIn follows

lemlist

Teams whose outbound is mostly email

$109 per user a month for Multichannel

Pros

  • Email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence
  • MCP server and CLI

Cons

  • LinkedIn is one channel among several
  • LinkedIn automation needs Multichannel

Verdict: The pick if email is the main channel; for LinkedIn-first teams, Curviate.

Waalaxy Business pitches LinkedIn plus email. If email is really your main channel, lemlist is built around it, with LinkedIn steps on its Multichannel plan.

If LinkedIn is where your replies come from, Curviate gives every rep's account the same Motion, its own limits and one shared inbox, for $60 an account.

When Waalaxy Business still makes sense

If every campaign must run LinkedIn and cold email together, Waalaxy Business does that and Curviate does not. Once the LinkedIn side is what earns your replies, a team gets more from Curviate for less.
