Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial: the Core surface plus one premium surface of your choice, Sales Navigator or Recruiter. You get one trial seat with one connected LinkedIn account, so you can try it end to end before you decide anything.
No. The trial needs no payment method at all: no card, no billing details. Just create your workspace, connect a LinkedIn account, and start building. You only enter payment details if and when you decide to buy a seat.
When the trial ends, the connected LinkedIn account is disconnected and removed; nothing is charged, ever, unless you choose to buy a seat. Buy a seat while the trial is still running and seat 1 stays free until your original trial end date, so you never pay for days you haven't used, and your connected account stays in place. If the trial lapses first, you can add a seat and reconnect the account at any time.
One seat in Curviate corresponds to one connected LinkedIn account. Every seat starts with the Core plan at €20 per month (excl. VAT). Add Sales Navigator or Recruiter for €25 per month total. Each seat carries at most one premium (LinkedIn permits only one Premium subscription per profile), so a both-premiums seat isn't offered. Need both surfaces? That's two connected LinkedIn profiles: two seats, €25 per month each. All prices exclude VAT.
Yes. Every LinkedIn account in your workspace is configured independently. For example, your outbound growth team can use seats with the Sales Navigator add-on while your HR team uses seats with Recruiter. Everything is consolidated into a single monthly invoice with clear line items for each account.
Yes. You can add a new seat instantly by connecting another LinkedIn account, and the cost is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. If you remove a seat, it remains active until the end of the current billing period and will automatically drop off your next invoice.
Yes. Adding Sales Navigator or Recruiter to an existing seat takes effect immediately and the cost is prorated. If you remove an add-on mid-cycle, you will retain access to those specific features until the current billing period ends. Your account setup remains entirely intact with no friction or re-onboarding required.
Yes. You can upgrade any seat to annual billing at any time. Your current monthly cycle will finish out, and the 20% annual discount will apply automatically starting on your next renewal date. All seats within the same workspace share a single, unified billing schedule.
If an account session expires due to a password change or security prompt, you can re-authenticate it directly from your dashboard. Reconnecting an account has no impact on your billing, and it will not cause any interruption to your overall workspace or other active seats.
Yes. You can cancel individual seats whenever you need to. Cancelled monthly seats have no long-term lock-in and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelled annual plans run until their scheduled renewal date, and we never charge early termination fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.
Webhooks are a native feature included on every seat regardless of your plan tier. There are no event caps and no per-event charges. Messaging and account-lifecycle events are delivered in near-real-time, connection events on a poll delay, all with signed payloads and automatic retries with exponential back-off.
