TL;DR
- Of the six LinkedIn automation tools here, five bill per LinkedIn account, and for one account Curviate Automate has the lowest USD list price: USD 60 a month on monthly billing, against USD 79 for HeyReach Growth, Dripify Pro and Botdog Solo and USD 99 for Expandi. Waalaxy lists EUR 19 to EUR 69 per user, billing period not stated. Read November 3, 2026.
- From about 10 accounts, volume plans cost less per account than Curviate: HeyReach Growth drops to USD 59 per sender, and Botdog Agency is USD 499 for 10 senders.
- Dripify and Expandi put email steps inside LinkedIn sequences. Curviate Motions have no email steps.
- Curviate Automate and Botdog (Team Campaigns, added October 27, 2026) both run one campaign across several teammates' accounts. In Curviate, an account never invites the same person twice, and you choose whether each person is reached from one account or several.
- No tool removes the risk: LinkedIn's help center says "we don't permit the use of any third party software" that automates activity on its site.
The best LinkedIn automation tool for a team depends on how many accounts you run and what you need besides LinkedIn steps. This shortlist covers six LinkedIn automation and outreach tools for teams with one account per rep or per client: HeyReach, Dripify, Expandi, Waalaxy, Botdog and Curviate. I build Curviate, so weigh that entry with care. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own pricing page, help center or feature pages, read on November 3, 2026. Each tool gets a "choose if" and a "look elsewhere if", Curviate included.
What are the best LinkedIn automation tools in 2026?
For LinkedIn outreach automation across a team, six tools cover most needs. HeyReach and Botdog sell the cheapest bundles for many senders. Dripify and Expandi combine LinkedIn and email in one sequence. Waalaxy lists the lowest sticker price, per user. Curviate Automate runs one outbound plan across a team's real accounts with every reply in one inbox.
HeyReach
Choose HeyReach if you run many senders and want a flat bundle. Growth is USD 79 per sender a month and USD 59 from 10 senders; Agency covers 25 senders for USD 999 a month, about USD 40 each. A unified inbox, an API, webhooks and an MCP server come with Growth, and sending rotates across your accounts. Look elsewhere if you do not want to supply proxies, which you bring yourself on Agency and Unlimited, or if you need native email steps: HeyReach hands leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison as a step. For a team-by-team breakdown, see HeyReach compared with Curviate for sales teams.
Dripify
Choose Dripify if you want LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence: its pricing page says it runs both "on every paid plan". Pro is USD 79 per seat a month, and each seat connects one LinkedIn account. Look elsewhere if you need team management, step analytics or lead tagging, which start at Advanced (USD 99), or if you plan 10 or more seats, which go through sales. More in Dripify compared with Curviate.
Expandi
Choose Expandi if you want a cloud tool with a dedicated country-based IP per account, a built-in Profile Auto Warm-up and email follow-ups inside the sequence. Look elsewhere if price matters: USD 99 per account a month on monthly billing is the highest list price here, and Agency (from 10 seats) is priced by sales. Its MCP server is labelled beta in its help center.
Waalaxy
Choose Waalaxy if the lowest listed price matters most and one person runs the outreach: plans list EUR 19, EUR 49 and EUR 69 per user a month, with a 14-day trial. Look elsewhere if you need to know which billing period those figures are for, whether it runs in the cloud or as a browser extension, or more than 800 invitations a month per user (Pro has 300). The inbox is an add-on at EUR 20 a month.
Botdog
Choose Botdog if your lists start in Sales Navigator and you want a cloud tool for an agency: its features page turns "Sales Navigator searches and saved lists" into campaigns, Agency is USD 299 for 5 senders and USD 499 for 10, and Team Campaigns send "one campaign from several teammates' LinkedIn accounts at once". Look elsewhere if you want hard stops: Botdog calls its limit zones "guidance, not caps". Its site names no email steps and no warm-up period.
Curviate Automate
Choose Curviate if one Motion should run across all your reps' real LinkedIn accounts, with contacts shared between them, each account inside its own limits and working hours, and every reply in one inbox. It is USD 60 per account a month, with unlimited teammates. Look elsewhere if you need email steps, InMail or Sales Navigator messages inside a sequence (both exist only through the API), the lowest price at 10 or more accounts, or a long track record: Curviate is younger than the others and has no public reviews yet.

How do the six tools differ on price?
On monthly billing, one LinkedIn account costs USD 60 on Curviate Automate, USD 79 on HeyReach Growth, Dripify Pro and Botdog Solo, and USD 99 on Expandi. Bundles change the picture as a team grows: Botdog Agency's 5 senders for USD 299 match Curviate at five accounts, and from about 10 accounts HeyReach (USD 59 per sender) and Botdog (USD 499 for 10) cost less per account than Curviate. Curviate publishes two prices, Build at USD 30 and Automate at USD 60 per account, saves 30% on yearly billing, and talks to agencies and large teams about the rest on its pricing page. The cost at 1, 3, 10 and 25 accounts, and what each sticker price leaves out, is in the LinkedIn automation pricing comparison.
How do the six tools handle teams and several accounts?
Five of the six bill per LinkedIn account and treat teammates differently on top. HeyReach bills per sender and rotates sending across accounts. Botdog bills per sender, does not charge for teammates and added Team Campaigns on October 27, 2026. Dripify puts team management on Advanced, Expandi's Agency plan adds roles, and Waalaxy bills per user and lists a team workspace. Curviate Automate runs one Motion across your team's real accounts: contacts are shared, an account never invites the same person twice, you choose whether each person is reached from one account or several, and if an account needs reconnecting, its unreached contacts move to your other accounts after a day. Each rep keeps their own account; one person, one account, as LinkedIn's User Agreement requires. The setup is on the multi-account page, and how teams split prospects is in the guide to LinkedIn outreach from multiple accounts.
What do LinkedIn's rules mean for your choice?
No tool on this list makes automation risk-free, because LinkedIn's rules cover the whole category. Its help center says "we don't permit the use of any third party software" that automates activity on its site, and that members who use it "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down" (LinkedIn Help, read November 3, 2026). The vendors say as much in their own words: Expandi's footer reads "Use of Expandi is at your own risk", Botdog says it cannot guarantee zero risk for free accounts, and Curviate's terms say its design "lowers the risk; it does not remove it". What differs is how many safeguards are on by default and whether a limit is a stop or a suggestion. Curviate's controls are on the safety page; the full answer to whether LinkedIn automation is safe covers each vendor's controls.
How was this comparison made?
I read each vendor's pricing page, help center and feature pages on November 3, 2026, and used a headless browser where a price sits behind a selector (Botdog's Agency tiers) or a toggle (Waalaxy's billing periods). I did not run paid trials of the five competitors and used no review scores or customer counts. Where a vendor's page does not state something, the table says so. Waalaxy's figures did not change when its billing toggle moved, so its billing period stays open.

FAQ
What is the best LinkedIn automation tool for a sales team?
It depends on team size and channels. For a team that wants one sequence across every rep's account and one inbox, Curviate Automate (USD 60 per account) and Botdog (Team Campaigns, shared inbox) both run one campaign across several reps' accounts. For LinkedIn and email in one sequence, look at Dripify or Expandi.
How much do LinkedIn automation tools cost per month?
Between USD 60 and USD 99 per LinkedIn account a month on monthly billing for the five per-account tools here (read November 3, 2026), and EUR 19 to EUR 69 per user for Waalaxy. From 10 accounts, HeyReach and Botdog volume pricing costs less per account.
Is LinkedIn automation illegal?
LinkedIn's help center says it does not permit third-party software that automates activity, and that accounts using it risk being restricted or shut down. That is LinkedIn's rule for its members, and every tool here carries that risk; this guide gives no legal advice.
What is a good HeyReach alternative for a team?
If you want one Motion across your reps' own accounts at a lower single-account price, Curviate Automate costs USD 60 per account against HeyReach Growth's USD 79. From 10 senders HeyReach drops to USD 59, so at that size it is the cheaper choice.
Does Curviate have email steps or InMail in its sequences?
No. Motions run LinkedIn steps only (invites, messages, visits, likes, follows and waits). InMail and Sales Navigator messaging are available through the API, not as Motion steps.
Which tool fits a team that runs outbound from several accounts?
Ask every vendor two questions before you connect a second account: what happens to a rep's work when LinkedIn pushes back on that account or it needs reconnecting, and who decides which of your reps reaches each person. Curviate Automate answers both in the product: Motions on a pushed-back account pause with nothing sent into the pause, an account that needs reconnecting hands its unreached contacts to the others after a day, and you choose whether each person is reached from one account or several, with no account inviting the same person twice. The 7-day trial runs on one account and needs no card. If your team would rather drive the same accounts from its own AI agent, the REST API, CLI, MCP server and TypeScript SDK are included.
