TL;DR
- LinkedIn automation pricing in 2026 runs USD 60 to 99 per LinkedIn account per month on monthly billing for the main cloud tools (HeyReach, Dripify, Expandi, Botdog, Curviate Automate). Waalaxy lists EUR 19 to 69 per user, without saying which billing period.
- At 1 and 3 accounts, Curviate Automate is the lowest of the USD prices: USD 60 and USD 180 a month, against USD 79 and USD 237 for HeyReach, Dripify Pro and Botdog.
- From 10 accounts, Curviate is not the cheapest. Botdog's Agency plan costs USD 499 for 10 senders and HeyReach USD 590, against USD 600 for Curviate.
- At 25 accounts, HeyReach's Micro Agency plan costs USD 999 (about USD 40 per account) and Botdog about USD 1,199, against USD 1,500 for Curviate.
- The sticker price leaves out inbox add-ons (Waalaxy, EUR 20 a month), email credits, personalization add-ons, proxies on HeyReach's agency plans and every LinkedIn licence such as Sales Navigator.
Most LinkedIn automation tools charge per LinkedIn account, and the list prices sit close together: USD 60 to 99 a month for one account. The differences open up at team size, where some vendors switch to bundles. I build Curviate, one of the six tools below, and I read every price on the vendor's own pricing page on November 3, 2026. Where Curviate costs more, the table says so.
How much does LinkedIn automation cost per account?
On monthly billing, one LinkedIn account costs USD 60 (Curviate Automate), USD 79 (HeyReach Growth, Dripify Pro, Botdog Solo) or USD 99 (Dripify Advanced, Expandi Business). Waalaxy lists EUR 19, 49 or 69 per user. Agency bundles bring the per-account price down to about USD 40 to 50 at 10 to 25 senders.
Those are the figures for tools that run in the cloud and send from your own LinkedIn accounts. All prices below are list prices from each vendor's page, read on 2026-11-03, before VAT and before any discount you might negotiate.
| Tool and plan | Unit | Monthly billing | Longer billing (as published) | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach Growth | per sender (LinkedIn account) | USD 79 under 10 senders, USD 59 from 10 | quarterly 10% off, yearly 20% off | 14 days, 3 accounts, no card |
| HeyReach Micro Agency / Agency 50 | bundle | USD 999 for 25, USD 1,399 for 50 | quarterly and yearly cheaper | 30 days on request |
| Dripify Pro / Advanced | per user, one LinkedIn account per seat | USD 79 / USD 99 | USD 59 / USD 79 billed annually | 7 days, no card |
| Expandi Business | per seat, one LinkedIn account | USD 99 | USD 79 billed annually | 7 days |
| Waalaxy Pro / Advanced / Business | per user | EUR 19 / 49 / 69 (period not stated) | quarterly 20% off, yearly 50% off (amounts not shown) | 14 days |
| Botdog Solo | per account | USD 79 | USD 55.33 billed yearly | 7 days, no card |
| Botdog Agency | bundle | USD 299 for 5, 499 for 10, 799 for 20, 1,199 for 30, 1,598 for 40 | 30% off yearly | 7 days, no card |
| Curviate Automate | per LinkedIn account | USD 60 | save 30% yearly | 7 days, 1 account, no card |
Curviate also sells Build at USD 30 per account, the API, CLI, MCP server and SDK without Motions, for teams whose own software or AI agent picks each action. It is left out of the totals below because it does not run sequences on its own.
Per user or per account: which pricing model fits your team size?
For a team of 1 to 3 accounts, flat per-account pricing is cheapest, and Curviate's USD 60 is the lowest USD figure. From 10 accounts, the bundles of HeyReach and Botdog cost less per account than any flat price.
The totals below multiply each vendor's monthly list price by the number of LinkedIn accounts, or use the bundle where one exists and is cheaper. Dripify and Waalaxy price per user. Dripify says each seat connects one LinkedIn account; Waalaxy's page does not say how users map to accounts, so I counted one user per account for both.
| Accounts (USD per month, monthly billing) | 1 | 3 | 10 | 25 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | 79 | 237 | 590 (10 x 59) | 999 (Micro Agency 25) |
| Dripify Pro | 79 | 237 | 790 (ask sales from 10 seats) | 1,975 (ask sales) |
| Expandi Business | 99 | 297 | 990 (Agency from 10 seats, price on request) | 2,475 (ask sales) |
| Botdog | 79 | 237 (3 x Solo) | 499 (Agency 10) | 1,199 (Agency 30) |
| Curviate Automate | 60 | 180 | 600 | 1,500 |
| Waalaxy, in EUR | 19 to 69 | 57 to 207 | 190 to 690 | 475 to 1,725 (Enterprise from 5 seats, price not shown) |
Three readings of that table:
- 1 to 3 accounts. Curviate Automate costs USD 19 a month less per account than HeyReach, Dripify Pro and Botdog, and USD 39 less than Expandi. Waalaxy's Pro plan lists a lower figure in euros, with 300 invitations a month and the inbox as a paid add-on.
- 10 accounts. Botdog's Agency plan (USD 499) and HeyReach (USD 590) cost less than Curviate (USD 600). Dripify and Expandi ask you to talk to sales from about 10 seats, so the list arithmetic is a ceiling.
- 25 accounts. HeyReach's Micro Agency plan works out at about USD 40 per account, Botdog's 30-sender tier at about USD 48 if you count only the 25 you use, and Curviate stays at USD 60. Botdog also lets you add single seats to an Agency plan at the Solo rate, so 20 senders plus 5 seats comes to USD 1,194.
Curviate has no public volume price. Its pricing page offers agencies and enterprises a custom plan by conversation, so the USD 1,500 above is the list figure, and I do not publish a discount.
What is included in the price?
The price per account buys different things. The rows below are what each pricing page lists on its standard plan, read 2026-11-03; "not stated" means the page does not say.
| Unified inbox | Teammates | API, MCP | Email in sequences | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach Growth | Included | A sender is a LinkedIn account; manager roles and client workspaces on Agency | API, webhooks, MCP included | Steps that hand leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison |
| Dripify Pro | Included | Team management on Advanced | Open API and MCP server on Pro | Yes, every paid plan |
| Expandi Business | Smart inbox named on its home page | Roles and permissions on Agency (10+ seats) | MCP (beta, per its help center) and webhooks | Email follow-ups |
| Waalaxy | Paid add-on, EUR 20 a month | Team features on Enterprise (5+ seats) | API on Advanced | Business plan |
| Botdog Solo | AI Unified Inbox included | A teammate does not use a seat | API included | Not stated on their site (read 2026-11-03) |
| Curviate Automate | Included, every account in one inbox | Unlimited, never billed | API, CLI, MCP, SDK, webhooks included | No email steps |
Curviate charges for the LinkedIn accounts you connect and nothing for the people who use them, so a manager, a client or an assistant costs nothing extra. Automate adds Motions (multi-step sequences with conditions, message variants and a stop when someone replies), one inbox for every account, analytics for every Motion and connections synced for every account. It has no email steps; if your sequences need email, Dripify, Expandi and Waalaxy's Business plan put it in the same flow.
What does the sticker price leave out?
Add-ons, credits and LinkedIn's own licences. None of the six tools includes a Sales Navigator or Recruiter licence: the LinkedIn account that sends needs its own.
- Inbox. Waalaxy sells its LinkedIn inbox as an add-on at EUR 20 a month.
- Email finding. HeyReach Growth includes 100 enrichment credits per sender (HeyReach help center). Dripify includes 100 email finder credits a month and sells packs from USD 29 for 1,000 to USD 99 for 10,000, valid 30 days. Waalaxy includes 25 to 500 a month by plan.
- Personalization. Expandi sells image and GIF personalization as a paid add-on, and video through a paid integration.
- Proxies. HeyReach's Growth plan gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy; on Agency and Unlimited you bring your own.
- Tax. HeyReach and Curviate state prices before VAT. Expandi says taxes may vary by country.
Monthly, quarterly or yearly: how much does the billing period change the price?
Between 10% and 50%. HeyReach takes 10% off quarterly and 20% off yearly. Dripify Pro drops from USD 79 to USD 59 billed annually, Expandi from USD 99 to USD 79, Botdog Solo from USD 79 to USD 55.33. Waalaxy shows 20% off quarterly and 50% off yearly on its toggle without printing the amounts. Curviate saves 30% on every plan billed yearly.
A yearly plan is a commitment per account. If your team adds and removes reps, monthly billing costs more per account and less in seats you no longer use.
Why do roundups disagree on LinkedIn automation prices?
Because they mix billing periods and copy old figures. Several top results for "dripify pricing" headline "Plans from $59/mo", which is Pro billed annually; on monthly billing it is USD 79. Dripify listed a Basic plan on October 2, 2026, and by October 19 it was gone. Waalaxy never says which billing period its EUR 19 applies to, so roundups print it as monthly. Before you compare, check the date on each figure and the billing period behind it.
How much do HeyReach, Dripify, Expandi and Waalaxy cost?
- HeyReach costs USD 79 per sender a month under 10 senders, USD 59 from 10, and USD 999 for a 25-sender agency bundle. I set that against per-account billing in the HeyReach pricing and alternative comparison.
- Dripify costs USD 79 a month for Pro and USD 99 for Advanced, per user, with one LinkedIn account per seat. HeyReach and Dripify pricing are compared line by line in their own post.
- Expandi costs USD 99 per account a month, or USD 79 billed annually; the Expandi pricing post covers its plans and add-ons.
- Waalaxy lists EUR 19, 49 and 69 per user, with a 14-day trial and the inbox as a EUR 20 add-on.
For features beyond price, the best LinkedIn automation tools shortlist compares the same vendors on sequences, inbox and safety.
How was this written?
I read each vendor's pricing page, and its help center where the pricing page links to it, on November 3, 2026. Totals are list prices times accounts, or the vendor's bundle where it is cheaper; no negotiated or promotional price is used. Where a page does not state something, the table says so rather than guessing. I did not buy these plans to test them. I will re-check every figure within 14 days and change the table and the date when a price moves.

FAQ
How much does LinkedIn automation cost per month?
For one LinkedIn account on monthly billing, USD 60 to 99 for the main cloud tools (read 2026-11-03). Waalaxy lists EUR 19 to 69 per user with no stated billing period.
What is the cheapest LinkedIn automation tool for a team of 10 or more accounts?
On list prices, Botdog's Agency plan at USD 499 for 10 senders, then HeyReach at USD 590. At 25 accounts HeyReach's Micro Agency plan, USD 999, is the lowest USD figure.
Is per-user or per-account pricing better?
They come to the same amount when each user sends from one account, as Dripify's seats do. Per-account pricing is cheaper when managers, clients or assistants need access without sending, because Curviate and Botdog do not bill those people.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on all six. HeyReach and Waalaxy give 14 days, Dripify, Expandi, Botdog and Curviate 7 days, and HeyReach, Dripify, Botdog and Curviate say no card is needed.
What does a team of sales reps pay on Curviate?
USD 60 per connected LinkedIn account a month on Automate, for your team's real accounts, with unlimited accounts and unlimited teammates. One Motion runs across every rep's account, contacts are shared and no account invites the same person twice, and replies land in one inbox (multi-account). If you run 10 or more accounts and price is the deciding line, Botdog and HeyReach cost less, and the cost of LinkedIn outreach from multiple accounts depends as much on how the accounts share the work as on the sticker. The 7-day trial runs on Automate with one account and needs no card.
