TL;DR
- Among Curviate alternatives for builders, Curviate Build stays the pick on 1 to 5 accounts: 133 LinkedIn operations, with Sales Navigator and Recruiter on your own licence.
- Build costs $30 per account a month, $150 for five, against €69 to €99 per seat on Linked API, with Sales Navigator and Recruiter included.
- One OpenAPI contract types the REST API, the TypeScript SDK, the CLI and the hosted MCP server, and Automate's Motions run on the same engine.
Your agent needs to search Sales Navigator, read a profile, send an invite and hear about the reply, on three of your team's accounts. The official LinkedIn API will not give it most of that, so you are choosing between per-account APIs. Curviate Build covers the most of LinkedIn for $30 per account; the others are built for narrower jobs, listed below. I build Curviate.
Facts checked November 3 and 4, 2026Each competitor fact comes from that vendor's own pricing page, docs or API file, listed under Sources checked. Where I counted operations, the rule was one path plus one HTTP method.

How we picked
A builder does not care about a dashboard. The questions are about the contract:
- Coverage. How much of LinkedIn the API reaches: Sales Navigator, Recruiter, groups, notifications, company pages.
- The contract. Is there a machine-readable spec your SDK, CLI and agent can trust?
- Events. Can your code hear about a reply without polling, and manage its webhooks by API?
- Limits your code can read. Does a call over a limit fail before it reaches LinkedIn, with a reason?
- Price at 1 to 5 accounts, monthly billing, and what is behind a higher plan.
Four per-account APIs, side by side
| Feature | Curviate Build | Linked API | ConnectSafely | BeReach |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per account, monthly | $30 | €69 Core, €99 Plus | $10, API module only | €99 for 2 accounts |
| LinkedIn coverage in the API | 133 of 279 operations | 52 + 13 action pages | 102 operations in total | 82 operations in total |
| Sales Navigator | 12 operations, your licence | Plus plan only | 4 messaging operations | Search |
| Recruiter | 23 operations (beta) | Not stated on their site | No endpoints in the spec | No operations in the file |
| Webhooks | Several, signed, managed by API | One active, signing optional | message.received events | One DM webhook URL |
| Official SDKs | TypeScript | Node.js and Python | None found on npm | TypeScript |
| MCP server | Hosted, signs in with OAuth | Hosted with tokens in the URL, or local | 33-tool connector |
Linked API leads the SDK row, because it ships Python. Most of the other rows go to Curviate, on coverage: Recruiter and the full Sales Navigator surface are where the other three thin out.
What does each API cost at 1, 3 and 5 accounts?
Curviate, Linked API and ConnectSafely price per connected LinkedIn account, so the bill is accounts times rate. BeReach works differently: one plan for 2 accounts with a monthly usage pool, and "Talk to us" above that.
Per account, Curviate's $30 buys more of LinkedIn than any API here: 133 LinkedIn operations against 102 in ConnectSafely's whole spec, plus Recruiter and the rest of Sales Navigator. Against Linked API, Build is less than half of Core at every account count, and Sales Navigator is not held back for a higher plan.

1. Curviate Build: best for agents that need most of LinkedIn
Curviate Build
Developers, GTM engineers and AI agents on 1 to 5 accounts
$30 per LinkedIn account a month
Pros
- 133 LinkedIn operations, Recruiter and Sales Navigator included
- One OpenAPI 3.1 contract behind SDK, CLI and MCP
- Limits refused before LinkedIn, with the reason and reset time
Cons
- No Python SDK
Verdict: The pick when your agent should reach all of LinkedIn through one typed contract.
Curviate's OpenAPI document lists 279 operations. 133 are LinkedIn actions and reads, from messages and invitations to company pages, groups, notifications, the home feed, 12 Sales Navigator operations and 23 for Recruiter. The other 146 run accounts, webhooks, safety, Contacts, Motions, the Unibox and analytics, which is why Automate's features are scriptable too.
Every action works the same way from the TypeScript SDK, plain REST, the CLI or an agent through the hosted MCP server at app.curviate.com/mcp, which signs in with OAuth (interfaces). Prototype in the terminal, ship it in code, hand it to an agent later.
Limits are part of the contract, not a surprise. When an account reaches a limit you set, the call is refused before anything reaches LinkedIn, and the response names the limit, the reason and when it resets. Every response also carries RateLimit headers, so your workflow can wait instead of guessing (for GTM engineers).
Webhooks are managed by API: create, test and list several, read each delivery, redeliver it and rotate the signing secret. A profile read in the last 12 hours comes from your workspace's store by default, with no LinkedIn request and none of the account's budget spent.
2. Linked API: best for Python and n8n builders
Linked API
Python stacks and n8n or Make workflows
€69 (Core) or €99 (Plus) per seat a month, as listed
Pros
- Official Node.js and Python SDKs
- Native n8n node and Make modules
- Workflows that chain actions with conditions
Cons
- Sales Navigator only on Plus
- One active webhook at a time
Verdict: The closest product to Curviate; Build costs less than half of Core and includes Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
Read more about Linked APILinked API is the closest match: a price per connected account, a cloud browser per account, an API, CLI and MCP server. Its llms.txt lists 52 standard and 13 Sales Navigator action pages, and its workflow engine chains actions with conditions. If your team writes Python, its official SDK is a real advantage.
The gaps are coverage and events. Sales Navigator actions sit on Plus, Recruiter is not described, its docs say a client may hold one active webhook at a time, and four likely OpenAPI paths returned 404. Curviate puts all of that in one spec at $30.
3. ConnectSafely: best for inbound plus a small API
ConnectSafely
Teams that want inbound post boosting next to a small API
$10 per LinkedIn account a month (API module)
Pros
- API, MCP server and CLI in one module
- Public OpenAPI file with 102 operations
- Post boosting and creator targeting for inbound
Cons
- No Recruiter endpoints, 4 Sales Navigator operations
- No SDK found on npm
Verdict: Right for inbound boosting; for an agent on all of LinkedIn, Curviate's $30 buys Recruiter, Sales Navigator and a TypeScript SDK.
Read more about ConnectSafelyConnectSafely's developer product is one module on its pricing page: the API, the MCP server and the CLI for $10 per account. Its public spec covers profiles, messaging, connections, search, posts, comments, groups and post analytics in 102 operations.
Sales Navigator is 4 messaging operations there, and Recruiter has none. Its spec caches results for 6 hours; Curviate keeps a profile for 12 hours by default and lets your agent choose per read with mode and max_age.
4. BeReach: best for an agent that drafts for approval
BeReach
Teams that want an AI agent to write each first message for a human yes
€99 a month for 2 accounts (Pro)
Pros
- Agent drafts every first message, a human approves
- 10 public-data operations without a connected account
- TypeScript SDK and a 33-tool MCP connector
Cons
- No public price above 2 accounts
- Usage pool of €100 a month, then paid work pauses
Verdict: A finished outreach agent with an API around it; Curviate is the API your own agent runs on.
Read more about BeReachBeReach sells an AI outreach agent first. Its pricing page says "Nothing sends until you approve it", and Pro covers 2 LinkedIn accounts with €100 of usage a month. Its API file has 82 operations, including 10 that read public data without a connected account, which Curviate does not offer.
For a builder, the question is whose agent runs. BeReach's file has no Recruiter, groups or notifications operations and one DM webhook URL. Curviate gives your own agent the actions and the events, at a price you can read for every account count up to five.
5. The official LinkedIn API: best for sign-in and approved partners
Official LinkedIn API
Sign in with LinkedIn, posting as a member, and approved partner programs
No list price stated
Pros
- The sanctioned path, documented by LinkedIn
- Sign-in, profile basics and posting open to every developer
- Sales Navigator and Talent programs for approved partners
Cons
- Most permissions need explicit approval from LinkedIn
- No open permission for messages or invitations
Verdict: Use it where it covers you; Curviate covers the actions it leaves to partners or out.
LinkedIn's own access guide is clear: "Most permissions and partner programs require explicit approval from LinkedIn." Open to every developer are sign-in, the member's name, headline, photo and email, and posting, commenting and liking as that member. Sales Navigator needs approval as a SNAP partner, and Talent integrations go through a partner application.
If your product only needs sign-in or sharing, use it. For an agent that searches, messages and invites from your team's own accounts, a per-account API is the practical route, and the guide to LinkedIn data APIs covers the trade-offs of scraped data.
Why most teams stay on Curviate
- One contract, four ways in. The SDK, REST, the CLI and the MCP server are typed from the same OpenAPI document, so a prototype in the terminal ships unchanged in code.
- The parts others leave out. Recruiter, the full Sales Navigator surface, groups, notifications and company pages, on your own licence.
- Room to grow into outreach. When a team should run the sequences, Automate adds Motions, one inbox and analytics on the same accounts, and your agent drives them through the same API.
| If this is you | Pick |
|---|---|
| An agent that sources buyers and candidates on 1 to 5 accounts | Curviate Build |
| A product that embeds LinkedIn actions behind your own sign-in UI | Curviate Build |
| A Python codebase or an n8n-first stack | Linked API |
| Post boosting and creator targeting for inbound | ConnectSafely |
| A finished agent that drafts and waits for approval | BeReach |
| Sign in with LinkedIn and posting as the member | Official LinkedIn API |
